Dear Dedicated and Hardworking Staff, KUDOS to STAFF Who "Stepped Up":   Pam for working on the Negotiations committee!    All of you who are flexible and positive even when we're bombarded by demands from folks who truly don't put kids first! All of you who get here super early, come in on weekends, stay late - and work way beyond your scheduled hours to do what's best for students! Important Items to Know : Copier Issues - When the power went out the other day, it did something to our copier and the ability to print on it. I stayed late troubleshooting it with Raph on the phone. I did not realize it wasn't in a surge protector. Speaking of such - if you don't have your computer on one, please do so. See Dennis or myself if you need one. Timing is everything. If you need to print your report cards at home, please purchase yourself ink and turn in the receipt. Dear Dedicated and Hardworking Staff, The rain was refreshing and its certainly cooled off!   Hope you had some down time for you! KUDOS to STAFF Who "Stepped Up":   Kathi for all her work organizing the swimming for Pre-K! Lisa K. for all her work with the Lavender Sachets & Pumpkins! All of you who helped out with the Leaf Peeper's Breakfast! Important Items to Know : Parent Conferences - I am so surprised that there is no "day" for conferences here at the SU. I am happy to support you in anyway to make sure your days are not too long. Please make a Google Doc and share it with me of when your conferences are planned AND if they happen. Please let me know if you want me to join you in any of them. I am happy to get a sub so you can come in "late" or I will be happy to do a tech lesson with your students so you can meet with parents during the late afternoon. PLEASE let me know how I can support you through this

Dear Dedicated and Hardworking Staff, What a beautiful leaf-peeper weekend it was!  A little humor always helps.... KUDOS to STAFF Who "Stepped Up":   Beth Ann for all her work with the pumpkins! Sherry and Beth Ann for driving! Important Items to Know : NEWS FROM Linda L - WCSU HR   HEALTH INS.  - The president of VEHI, Laura Soures, will be presenting an informational power point on the new health plans that will be offered by VEHI coming in January of 2018.   The meeting will take place at the WUHSMS Auditorium at  3:00 pm on 10/18/16 .   We would love for as many of our employees to be able to attend this meeting.  This will be open to both the teaching staff and support staff. If your teachers have other scheduled commitments such as time with Kathy Ernst or Amy Toth, those meetings should take priority.  We will be sure to get the information out to those that want it but were unable to attend.  If you should have any questions please

Dear Dedicated and Hardworking Staff, Nothing like a three day weekend to recharge the batteries.  KUDOS to STAFF Who "Stepped Up":   Lisa, Beth Ann, Sherry, Pam B., Pam S., Jenn, Kathi F., and Patty who were here for "Back to School" night! All the hard work and preparation that teachers and staff put in to get their rooms ready for parent visits!    Beth Ann Ann for all her work advertising, setting up, and running the Yard Sale. Beth Ann for baking dozens of cupcakes and decorating them with the 1/2 and K class for the Yard Sale. Dear Dedicated and Hardworking Staff, Hope your weekend was productive and rejuvenating!  I'm so proud to work with such an unbelievable staff community! KUDOS to STAFF Who "Stepped Up":   Patty who supported 5th graders for BES and RES so the 6th graders could have the full  experience  and not blow the school budget! All of you who have turned in or shared your Emergency Sub Plans! Heather for all the extra efforts to "feed us" with Sun. shopping trips!   All teachers who were prepared for the  classroom visit on Friday!     Important Items to Know : GUIDANCE COUNSELOR UPDATE  -  We are so glad Shajen is with us - she  will be here this week Monday and Friday , but will normally work Wed. and Thurs.  Beth Ann has created a Guidance Spreadsheet schedule for everyone to put their requested times down on it.  She will need to meet with your students in your room.
