Dear Dedicated Staff, It's hard to believe this is the last staff blog  of  the school year.  Thank you for taking the time  to read  it even though you are crazy busy with end of year items.   I want to commend those of you who are ALWAYS professional and focused on students, and kind and courteous to your colleagues and myself.  We all have an exhausting job, but it's time for a well deserved rest.   Change is always a challenge.  I applaud those of you who accept and welcome change with a  positive  attitude and as an opportunity for growth.  I hope you have a rejuvenating summer.  I'd love to have our returning staff over to my home for a cook-out in late August.   I'll be sending out an e-mail to those of you who check it.  I'll be in and out throughout the summer, so don't  hesitate  to text me if you have any questions.   We wish Beth Ann, Libbet, Greg, and Pam the best as they begin their next leg of life's journey!  You will be missed!

Dear Dedicated Staff, This is the time of year when the clock is ticking as loud as the alligator's on the old cartoon of Peter Pan - you feel like Captain Hook always aware of the clock!    As yucky as the weather has been, it's actually a good thing for keeping the "summer itch" down to a minimum.  This week's weather looks better, so it's a great time to learn outside!   Also, I recognize this is a very independent staff, but please run plans by the office so we know what's happening.  If I don't know I schedule things guest speakers, coaches, etc., so please keep me in the loop.   Please fill in the Google Docs for times to meet with the literacy coach on Fri.  KUDOS to STAFF Who "Stepped Up":   Señora Elaine for helping out with lunch Fri. when both Sherry & Liza were on the field trip!   Sherry and Pam for volunteering to drive a staff member home when we needed it!   Important Items to Know :
