Dear Caring RES Staff,
There was a good turnout at the Town Meeting at school yesterday, and parents really appreciated us arranging it. The budget vote is Tuesday at the Town Hall. There are many changes coming as a result of the unified district, and I will keep you informed via the blog since we can't all make it to the staff meetings.

KUDOS to STAFF Who "Stepped Up":
- Lisa and Heather for coming to the Board/Budget Meeting Wed.
- Lisa for creating a thank you card for Justin.
- Pam for volunteering herself and Zander to come in and babysit the kids for Town Meeting!
Important Items to Know:
Survey Time - It's the time of year where decisions are going to be made regarding certain programming, etc. for next year. Data is needed, thus there are surveys. Please complete the following surveys as soon as possible. Thanks for your input!
- Technology Survey - All Staff who have a school computer
- Phonics Survey - Teachers who teach F & P
- Title 1 Info - Classroom Teachers
Inservice Day - Only classroom and specials teachers are expected to work on Monday. Monday morning staff are asked to go the SU until 11. You have until 12 to have lunch. We will meet to discuss discipline, school safety, and a few other items from 12 - 1:30. From 1:30 - 2:45 PM you have time in your classrooms to do the surveys and complete the Title 1 Google Doc. info that is needed. The agenda was e-mailed to you from Rayna, but here is a link to it. Please bring a fully charged laptop with you. Lunch is not provided.
Behavioral Consultant - Many of you know Tammy Myers. She will be in sporadically over the next few weeks to coach us and to continue to work with a student. She will be working in the Guidance office on those days.
Title 1 Funds - We have Title 1 funds set aside for after school tutoring by school teachers and we have used none of it. If we don't use it, we lose it and they may not consider us for it in the future. Please consider tutoring some students after school. See Cathy to work out hours and so she can get a contract issued from the SU.

Attention: ALL staff - If you observe something going on, please just walk on by and act like you don't see anything. Please do not ask if you can help. We will ask for assistance if it is needed. If Tammy is in the building, she is totally in charge of that student, we do not interfere or interact at all in that process unless she directs us to do otherwise.
